Here is the first day of 2008 and I discovered I have not been to this website in ages. So many to keep up with besides my own 2 message boards on PV. I will be in PV all of April and May so if anyone wishes to sample foods at various spots for my collecting data for my dining guide, email me and we can set up a time, date and place. It is always lots of fun and a great way to meet fellow lovers of our Paradise!

Tomorrow afternoon will mark the 1/2 way point for me in this trip within paradise. April to June...guess losing one's job does have a few benefits! In 2 weeks the annual restaurant festival begins and lasts for 17 nights. I will be out every night working on my guide, all except the end of the month one night will be the exciting viewing of the Mexican national firework competition for the right to represent this country in next year's international firework competition, April 2009, with entrants worlwide. Cannot wait for the first one, PV's biggest exhibit ever, and the huge second one.
